  • Mixed-signal microelectronic circuit design for space and commercial applications that includes designing for radiation tolerance. Nanoscale (sub-100nm) analog and mixed-signal microelectronic circuit development

Uniqueness:

  • Established in 1989 as an NSF Industry/University Cooperative Research Center, headquartered at Washington State university with world-class research faculty from five universities
