NOTE: The on-line application for admission to the Graduate School at Washington State University requires submission of a credit card payment with the application. If you choose not to submit a credit card payment via the web, you may print a hard copy of the application and submit it to WSU with another form of payment. The Graduate School will accept personal checks, cashier's checks or money orders with the paper copy of the application. We cannot accept credit card payments with the paper application nor can we accept cash.

If you choose to print and submit a hard copy of the Graduate School Application, mail the original to the Graduate School. It is necessary for you to copy the completed application form and send the copy to your prospective department. If the application is for a branch campus program, a third copy of the application must also be sent to the appropriate branch campus. The Graduate School will not be responsible for forwarding copies of applications to departments or branches.
