FIRST Access

The goal of our FIRST Access Program is to create a mutually collaborative environment that benefits both industry and engineering education. We are creating a community that supports innovation, research, information exchange, and ideas. Enhanced educational opportunities bring the "real-world" to students and create experiences that ensure high quality engineering graduates for industry. Our FIRST Access partners also benefit from faculty expertise, the opportunity to sponsor research projects related to company needs, and the ability to provide input in shaping curricula and practical training.

Access to Students

FIRST Access provides a variety of services annually to assist your company  increase its visibility in the School of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science:

Access to Faculty and Research

Research collaborations with EECS faculty can yield positive results for your company. FIRST Access assists you in identifying and facilitating these collaborations. Move your company's needs from an idea to a deliverable product with a research contract.
